This constitutes a legal agreement between you and the establishment operator governing your access to their WiFi service. The service is exclusively for current guests.
By accessing the service, you represent that you are a current guest and acknowledge reading and agreeing to all terms. You warrant either having legal capacity to enter this agreement or parental/guardian consent.
The company reserves the right to monitor communications and activities via the service and may disclose information for purposes of ensuring your compliance with this Agreement, applicable law, cooperating with legal authorities, and protecting company interests.
Users may only access the service while guests. You bear responsibility for all activities and agree not to engage in prohibited conduct, including:
ANY file sharing programs such as BitTorrent, Gnutella, Limewire, KaZaa, etc. or application that configures your computer to act as a server is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Non-compliance may result in immediate service termination.
You agree to indemnify and defend the company, its affiliates, and their officers from claims arising from your agreement breach or service misuse.
The company may filter content, block access, suspend service, investigate illegal activities, and hold you liable for damages incurred.
You understand and agree that you shall have no expectation of privacy or security in your use of this Service. You are solely responsible for implementing privacy protections.
The service is provided "AS IS" with all faults and as available. The company disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
The company assumes no liability for direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service or agreement.
The company may terminate service anytime and update this agreement without notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of revisions.
The agreement is governed by Colorado law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Boulder County federal and state courts. Claims must be initiated within 90 days. This constitutes the entire agreement between parties.
